Hi – I am Mike RipperMike Ripper

I have always been interested in family history. The name Ripper is unusual and whenever I come across someone with the Ripper name I can be fairly sure that we are related in some way.

I want to know more about the family and it’s roots but, have never had the time to research it properly.   I know that other family members have done much work in this respect and I wish to create a means for family members to share information.

We are lucky in that my Great Grandfather Harry Tucker Ripper wrote a book about the family and called it ‘Recollections of an Old Woodpecker‘ .  I have found it a great starting point in my search for more about the Ripper Family History.
